SALT LAKE Town (AP) – A proposal to limit the use of hard cash bail for folks arrested in Utah handed the Legislature Wednesday soon after supporters argued the present program can mean folks who are presumed harmless remain trapped at the rear of bars only for the reason that they never have revenue for bail.
